What kind of commercial cleaning services do you provide?

Teddy Clean provides professional cleaning services for both commercial and residential premises. Our cleaning teams are trained to provide commercial cleaning services in offices, restaurants, supermarkets, medical centres, sports and recreation centres etc. For residential cleaning, our cleaning teams are trained to detail clean your house for before you move in, after you move out, or just to give it a good once over spring clean.

Teddy Clean uses the latest cleaning technologies to include services such as carpet cleaning, steam cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, high pressure cleaning and vinyl strip and seal services to complement our commercial and residential cleans. So we are a one stop shop for all your cleaning requirements.

Do you accept credit cards ?

For your covenience, we accept payment via Cash, Cheques, EFT and Credit Cards (with no extra fees)

Are your cleaners trustworthy and reliable?

All our staff are police cleared before we put them into jobs. They also undergo face to face interviews with our operations manager, our in house training programs and pass our cleaning test requirements before they are allowed to perform any cleaning services for you.

Are you able to work after hours ?

For Commercial Cleaning, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Do you employ sub-contractors?

At Teddy Clean, we employ our own cleaning teams, supervisors and managers to ensure that the Teddy Cleaning system is properly enforced. We do not sub-contract.

Sub-contractors are used only when there is a special service that you require and we are unable to provide. In such instances, you will be pre-informed that a sub-contractor will be used. However, in the case when the sub-contractor is on site after office hours, a staff from Teddy Clean will be there to make sure that the sub-contracted job is performed properly.

How often should we have our premise cleaned?

Well, this really depends on several factors, including traffic, number of staff, type of industry etc. At Teddy Clean, our sales consultants can advise you on the best frequency of cleaning for your premise. We can also alter our cleaning programs to suit your changing requirements.

How can I get a quote for cleaning services?

Just ring our office and a sales consultant will make an appointment with you at the job premise to have a walk through to understand your cleaning requirements. We have a detailed commercial cleaning form that we can use to detail what areas and services you would like us to clean for you. You can let the sales consultant know of any special requests.

Our sales consultant will then prepare a detailed Cleaning Program tailored to your requirements with a price for the service. If you are happy with the program, just contact the office and we will organise your first clean for you!
