TeddyClean accepts bookings for specialized cleaning between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. A lead time of 3 working days is recommended to avoid disappointment. However, if you have urgent cleaning requirements, do be assured that our friendly office staff will try their very best to organize a cleaning team to suit your needs and schedule at short notice.

You are welcome to ring us 9361 0100 to book in a clean or to find out more about TeddyClean’s specialized cleaning services and charges. We are able to provide on-site quotations for some specialized cleaning jobs. Please enquire over the phone. All prices we quote include the cost of all chemicals used, equipment and insurances.

For your peace of mind, our cleaners are police cleared and fully covered by comprehensive public liability and workers compensation insurance. They are fully trained to handle equipment and machinery, and to provide you with professional cleaning advice.

TeddyClean is a GST registered company. We charge GST for all services that we provide.

Payment by cash, cheque or credit card is preferred on-site after the cleaning job has been completed. All clients are encouraged to inspect the cleaning job after our cleaners have finished their work, to ensure that you are satisfied with the cleaning service. Our cleaners will be happy to improve anything you’re not absolutely satisfied with on the spot before they leave your property. Our cleaning supervisors will be able to issue you with a tax invoice upon receipt of payment.
