| TeddyClean accepts bookings for spring cleans between
9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. A lead time of 3 working days is recommended
to avoid disappointment. However, if you have urgent cleaning
requirements, rest assure that our friendly office staff will
try their very best to organize a cleaning team to suit your needs
and schedule at short notice.
You are welcome to ring us to book in a clean or to find out more about
TeddyClean’s services and charges. We are not able to provide
on-site quotations for residential cleaning jobs but our friendly
staff will be able to give you a good approximate cost of the
cleaning services you require over the phone. All prices we suggest
include the cost of all chemicals used, equipment and insurances. *Services that require specialized cleaning machinery such as carpet steam cleaning, floor tile and grout auto scrubbing, vinyl floor polishing etc. will attract additional charges. |

For your peace of mind, our cleaners are police cleared and fully
covered by comprehensive public liability and workers compensation
insurance. They are also trained to do respective cleaning chores
efficiently and capably.
Each cleaning team consists of 2-3 cleaners and 1 supervisor
who will ensure that your cleaning job is completed effectively
and efficiently. The supervisor will be your point of contact
throughout the cleaning job. He or she will meet you onsite and
walk through your property with you to establish your cleaning
requirements. All supervisors are trained to ensure that all the
chores you require are performed to your satisfaction. |

TeddyClean is a GST registered company.
We charge GST for all services that we provide.
Payment by cash, cheque or
credit card is required on-site after the cleaning
job has been completed. All clients are encouraged to inspect
the cleaning job after our cleaners have finished their work,
to ensure that you are satisfied with the cleaning service. Our
cleaners will be happy to improve anything you’re not absolutely
satisfied with on the spot before they leave your property. Our
cleaning supervisors will be able to issue you with a tax invoice
upon receipt of payment.
